How do you delete your Planimal account?

Planimal users can delete their account directly in the app. You can also ask us to delete your account for you.

Recommended method

Delete your account in the app

  1. Log in to the Planimal app with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open your account menu and go to Your preferences.
  3. Choose the option to delete your account.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Only delete your account when you are sure. Deleting an account can affect access to salon data, appointments, invoices and connected services.

What happens next

We process deletion requests carefully.

After a deletion request, we may verify that it comes from the account owner or an authorised salon user. Some data may need to be retained when legally required, for example for invoices or bookkeeping obligations.

Account access

Your login and personal account access are removed when deletion is completed.

Salon data

If your account is linked to a salon, we determine which data belongs to the salon and which belongs to your personal account.

Legal retention

Data that must be retained for legal, invoicing or accounting reasons may be kept for the required period.
