Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try Planimal for 14 days without a card. During the trial you can explore the main features and see whether the platform fits your salon.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. Subscription prices and SMS credit prices are shown excluding VAT.
What is the yearly discount?
If you pay yearly, you receive 2 months free. You can upgrade or change your subscription whenever you want.
Can I add extra salons?
Yes. Extra salons can be added per plan. From 2 salons onward, organisation features become available automatically on every plan.
Can I add employees?
Basic and Premium include 1 employee. Professional lets you add unlimited employees.
How do SMS credits work?
SMS credits are purchased separately and can be used for reminders and pickup messages. You choose the package that fits your usage.
Can I request a personal demo?
Yes. On the contact page you can request a private demo online or in person, or ask to be called back.
